Ace Magashule suspension case will be held this week

There’s a lot of things going on in the Anc this day where many people are starting to lose hope in the ruling party because of this activity, which has put the party in chaos which has ruined the reputation of the party during the Ramaphosa term.



The secretary-general of the party Ace Magashule will also make his way to court this week to hear about the decision, that the court will take due to his application of been suspended from the party.

There’s a lot of tension going on in the party where they are factions in the party with another one supporting Magashule, and another supporting Cyril Ramaphosa and this is a serious issue that the party will have to deal with this time.



But it looks like the issue is becoming worse every day because Ramaphosa is getting stronger every day where he has dominated the province of the Free State, we’re the new task team that has been launched which will bring unity to the party.

This means that this is an important week for Magashule because his future in the Anc lies on this court decision so that he can regain his position back, but only the court will take that decision so that this matter can be dealt with.




According to political experts, Magashule’s suspension was unconstitutional looking at the constitution of the Anc, we’re the NEC or the special conference was supposed to be the one that decides on Magashule’s future.
