What really happened to Sfiso Myeni?

Many might be wondering what really happened to the former Bidvest wits and Orlando Pirates Football Club midfielder, Sfiso Myeni.

The speedy winger was labelled as one of the best players in the Premier Soccer League in the past few years.

However, after being released by the Soweto giants, Mzansi saw his career slowly fading away.



The player joined the Students after parting ways with the Sea robbers. But he failed to meet the expectations at the club, Gavin Hunt ended up releasing the player.

Just when everyone was starting to forget about the player, he joined the National First Division side, TS Sporting. As the player with a lot of experience in the South African football, the 2nd division side expected a lot from the player.



His stay was however cut short at the club, and was released after few months. That surprised many South African supporters, as they expected him to shine at the club.

Since then, the former Orlando Pirates midfielder has failed to secure a professional contract. He is mostly seen participating in the township tournaments.
