Nigeria national team coach Randy Waldrum has named his final 25-woman squad for the 2022 Women Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco next month.
FC Barcelona’s Asisat Oshoala headlines the squad which also includes Leicester City’s Ashleigh Plumptre and Sevilla’s Toni Payne.
Houston Dash star Michelle Alozie, captain Onome Ebi and the duo of Ngozi Okobi-Okeoghene as well as Rita Chikwelu also made the cut.
Nigeria are in Group C with South Africa, Botswana and Burundi.
They start their campaign with a clash against rivals South Africa before taking on Botswana three days later – their last group game will be against Burundi.
The Super Falcons are the defending champions having won the 2018 edition in Ghana.
