The lodge where SK Khoza insulted a white man speaks out – What really happened

SK Khoza has been trending for almost the entire week and as usual, it is not for the right reasons. The former The Queen actor, saw him being the hot topic on Black Twitter, when two videos of him acting strangely went viral.

The first video was of him swearing at a white man and hurled some insults while another black man tried to stop him. He was not wearing his shoes and he made some weird sounds, asking the man, “do you know me?”

In another video, which looks as though it was taken on the same day because he was wearing the same outfits and again with no shoes, he was at a petrol station when he provokes another white guy to fight him.

That video ends before any fight begins. Speaking to a local publication, SK Khoza claimed that he and friends were at the Zebula Lodge in Limpopo, where he was racially provoked.

“I was away with friends in Mpumalanga and the white man you see in the video was racist towards me, so I retaliated. He called me by the ‘K’ word,” he claimed.

But now, according to a local publication, the marketing manager of the Limpopo lodge said SK actually posed as a danger to his guests, Marthinus Duckitt.

“The safety and security of our guests and employees are of the utmost importance. After an incident on Saturday we asked a guest demonstrating disruptive behaviour to leave the hotel premises.”

On the racist allegations, Duckitt said an investigation was made and they found no evidence to back SK’s claims.

Many people including Ntsiki Mazwai accused the actor of being under the influence, but he denied that in an interview with a local publication.

“People like to say nonsense. I don’t do drugs, my family know that. I’ve taken drug tests in front of my family members. It’s literally one of those moments where I was rubbed the wrong way and I reacted, that’s that,” he said.

“I purposefully did that, because I wanted to show people that they are quick to jump to conclusions. When I said that maybe some of us are meant to be great in the next lifetime, it’s maybe that. It means maybe, if things are not great in this lifetime, maybe they will be great in the next.”

Outrage ensued when people blamed his baby mama, Gogo Maweni of handling him traditionally. But she denied doing anything to him and said she only consulted her ancestors about an issue she had and however they handle matters, is out of her control.

“I have ancestors and they watch over me. She said her ancestors listen to her whenever she complains about anything. I didn’t do anything that anybody wouldn’t do.” – ZAlebs
