SA COVID-19: 2 028 new cases, 10 deaths recorded

South Africa has recorded 2,028 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours.
614 of those were identified in Gauteng with 499 in the Western Cape and 259 KwaZulu-Natal.
Sadly, a further 10 people have died in the past 24 to 48 hours.
A total of 20,716 new tests were conducted.
The positivity rate is presently 9.8 percent.
