Meet Tshivhonammbi who has mastered the art of winning competitions

Tshivhonammbi Lidiavhathu luck never runs out, He has won at least 5 competitions and his recent win is the biggest of them all.

Lidiavhathu won a Suzuki Swift worth R170 000 courtesy of  Hendler & Hart has given away a R170 000 Suzuki Swift in association with Game stores.

At an exciting unveiling event held at the Game East Rand Mall store in Boksburg Johannesburg, winner and his family were excited to receive this much needed prize.

 

“Winning the car is a dream come true. I own a 2008 Corsa bakkie that I use for work, but it is difficult to use when you have a family to transport. My bakkie does not have a canopy which makes it dangerous for my daughters when they sit at the back. This new car will keep my family safe and make life so much easier.” he said.

Tshivhonammbi found out about the Hart competition when his family went on a shopping trip to Shoshanguve Crossing Mall. “We visited the Game store and bought the Hart 10-piece set as we have been meaning to do so for a while now. Purchasing the pots gave us instant entry into the competition.”

He adds; “We grew up using Hart pots in our household. I bought them because we needed another set for our second home and because they are excellent quality and strong.”

Speaking at the car handover event Hendler & Hart Head of Marketing Mbali Mahlori said; “2022 is a big year for Hart as we celebrate our 130th Birthday! As a heritage brand, we were clear on how we wanted to celebrate this huge milestone, namely by giving back to our customers who have supported us throughout the years.

She went on to say that the competition is only one of many examples, of what the company is doing to give back. Another key project, this time close to home involves work with the Wattville community in Benoni – a township near Hendler & Hart’s factory, that currently employs 380 people.

“After reaching out to community leaders they highlighted a need for an additional recreational park. We are therefore committed to completing the park within the next few months which will include a braai area, soccer field and gym facilities for children and adults.

 

She added; “We’ve also embarked on a national Spaza shop branding exercise, where we give local community graffiti artists an opportunity to showcase their talent by painting Spaza shops. With this initiative, we are tapping into helping unemployed youth by giving artists hope, purpose and a voice through their art.
