Rikhardo Chifaro, popularly known as Riky Rick was born on 20th July 1987. He spent his early childhood at KwaMashu Township in Natal, South Africa. His talents and gifts were revealed at early childhood age since his peers described him as a creative individual, especially in artistic and entrepreneurial skills.
Riky Rick Wedding and Marriage
Riky Rick’s wedding concern grew in public after he shared a video on Instagram with his wife Bianca Naidoo. Riky Rick’s wife Bianca is not a social media personality and loves to keep her affairs private despite tying a knot with social media personnel in a colorful wedding.
Riky revealed that the two had been dating for almost seven years. Riky Rick’s wedding ceremony with the lover of her life Bianca was in 2013. Before their wedding, Bianca had a daughter, Jordan whom Riky loved as his own especially after sharing several pictures with her on Instagram and performing several house chores together.
Since their wedding, the two had been celebrating their anniversaries every year even before the demise of the celebrity. One year later after Riky Rick’s wedding, the couple welcomed their son Daniel who added to the number of the family making them four members. His wife has identified Ricky as a devoted family man who was loving and supportive to his family all way through their relationship and after their marriage.
Riky Rick’s Education and Career
Ricky Rick grew up in KwaMashu where he attended got both his Primary and Secondary Education. After his High School education, the star enrolled at Hilton College before joining the South African School of Motion Picture Medium and Live Performance (AFDA) where he was enrolled in a media course, especially for Film Production.
Riky realized his career as an artist at a very young age and started nurturing his talents for rapping and musical instruments. Riky started to work and record at Bongani Fassie which made him develop his desire for sounds.
His first release was a single called the Barbershop where he featured Da L.E.S, a well-known South African rapper. In 2014, the musician rose to fame after releasing a single hit Nafukwa. The single was so successful that it made Riky perform and get featured in several shows and events.
Following the success after the release, he then released Amantombazane, which changed his entire career in the entertainment industry. Shortly after releasing the Amatombazane, he released its remix where he featured major artists in South Africa such as OkMalumkoolkkat, Maggz, Kwesta Nadia Nakal, and DJ Dimplez.
The same year he released a debut album named Family values. The main message of the album reflected on his upbringing, especially in the family, household, and the place he was brought up in, KwaMashu.
After his breakthrough in the music industry, Riky has made a lot of popular music in South Africa and worked with major artists both within and outside his country.
Ricky has also invested in the entertainment industry by owning a record label, Cotton Club Studios which focuses on nurturing and growing talents in South Africa.
Sadly, Riky Rick Died on 23rd February 2022 at the age of 34 in Johannesburg by committing suicide after battling depression for long period.
