JVW maintained top position in the Hollywoodbets Super League despite their goalless draw against University of Western Cape (UWC) in Johannesburg. 

The Blue Diamonds have 16 points from six matches while UWC also retained fourth spot with 11 points from the same number of games. 

Defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns thrashed Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) 5-1 in a Pretoria derby and they remain in second place with 15 points from six encounters. TUT are number 10 with eight points from five matches. 

Bloemfontein Celtic Ladies defeated Thunderbirds Ladies 5-2 at Sisa Duskashe stadium to sit in third place with 12 points while the Eastern Cape based side dropped to sixth spot on the log with 10 points both from six outings. 

Richmond United moved up to fifth position with 10 points after their 5-1 victory over Tsunami Queens in De Aar. The Queens are third from bottom with one point from six matches. 

In Giyani MaIndies Ladies won 3-1 over University of Johannesburg (UJ) to sit in ninth place on the standings equal on nine points with Coal City Wizards in eighth position. Wizards lost 1-0 to Durban Ladies at the King Zwelithini stadium. UJ are seventh with 10 points from six matches while the Kwa Zulu Natal based side are in 13^th with six points from five encounters. 

Vasco Da Gama won 2-1 against Golden Ladies a result that puts the rookies in 12^th place tied on points with Durban Ladies while Golden Ladies are rooted at the foot of the table with a point from six matches. 

The other newcomers City Lads held First Touch Academy to 1-1 draw in Polokwane and they are sitting in 15^th place with one point while the Limpopo side are 11^th with eight points.
