Adele fans are willing to pay R800 000 to see her live in Las Vegas. Yes, you read that correctly, die hard Adele fans who want to witness her Las Vega Residency are ready to part with up to R1 million.

The Go Easy On Me chart-topper has already sold out the shows which will run from 18 November.

Adele will take to the stage at the coveted, Caesar’s Palace Colosseum, belting out hits like Chasing Pavements, Hello, Make You Feel My Love and many others.

Despite postponing her residency which was set for January this year, fans wasted no time in securing their place for the singer’s Vegas performances.

Ticket prices for her live performances are a record at the sought-after Colosseum, which has housed other musical icons such as Celine Dion, Britney Spears and recently Usher.

Prices ranged from £579/$672 (R12 000) to £38,000/$44,000 (R800 000).

The 4-month long show, titled, Weekends with Adele will be an entirely stripped back performance, showcasing the UK stars impressive vocal range.

Initially Adele was set to perform with a 60-piece choir and orchestra but has decided against that and opted for a more intimate set.

The show will now focus on Adele’s energy and purely vocals, to help her connect better with the audience.
