Eskom has implemented stage two power cuts from 4pm Sunday afternoon. The power utility says the blackouts will continue until 5 am on Wednesday.
This is after rolling blackouts were suspended on Friday.
Eskom says the loss of four additional power generation units over the past 24 hours.
