After the Sunday World reported that Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa was taking action against a woman alleging an affair with her husband, Justice Huni, Enhle Mbali made headlines at the end of 2022. This was after Valentino Bango leaked an audio recording of a phone call between Enhle and a woman named Enhle. They discussed the alleged affair and the possibility of a polygamous marriage.

Court documents leaked to the public have reportedly revealed that Enhle has admitted to being the woman in the recording that caused a great deal of controversy. Not only did her reputation suffer, but her career was adversely impacted due to the fallout of this event.

“The harassment is ongoing and has major implications with regard to my safety as well as my career being at a standstill due to my public standing. She calls consistently without reason, hurling insults and cursing at me. I would like for all this to be stopped,” she said in the papers.

“The harassment has cost me contracts where I am an ambassador to major brands and corporations within the republic and abroad. As such, it is urgent to cease further damage to my reputation and brand.”
