Davids Deciding Next Step – iDiski Times

Maahier Davids is considering his options after his exit from Maritzburg United this month.

The brother of Fadlu Davids, who is also unattached after leaving Orlando Pirates, served as Ernst Middendorp’s assistant last season but left the club after the German’s departure.

John Maduka has since taken charge at the Team of Choice, and brought in his own assistant.

The former Cape Umoya United head coach is believed to be interested in another possible head coach role.

Davids is believed to be considering his options and would like to step up, having served his apprenticeship as an assistant at Maritzburg, St George SC in Ethiopia and at Free State Stars.

The well-respected coach has also worked as a youth coach at Ajax Cape Town and Orlando Pirates.
