A distribution warehouse situated in Kempton Park is looking for a punctual driver with good time management abilities.
The ideal candidate should ensure to deliver of packages to customers in a timely manner, work on nights and weekends, and ensure vehicles are always ready for use.
Duties:
- Ensure that customers’ expectations are met
- Truck to be adequately maintained
- Check that dangerous goods documentation is on the truck before leaving the site
- Loads and offloads goods off the truck
- Comply with road traffic rules
- Maintains route sheet information
- Deliver as per invoice to the correct customer
- Return all documentation once delivery is completed
- Assist with stock take
- Maintain safety and health practices
- Clean vehicle
Requirements:
- Grade 12 Preferred
- Valid code 10 license
- 2 years of driving experience
- Able to handle dangerous goods
