Chiefs & Gallants Starting XIs Announced

Kaizer Chiefs and Marumo Gallants have announced their starting line-ups for this evening’s DStv Premiership encounter at FNB Stadium.

In-form Amakhosi will aim to extend their winning run to six matches in all competitions and five successive victories in the DStv Premiership for the first time under Arthur Zwane.

Amakhosi have a massive chance to qualify for CAF Champions League for the first time since the 2019/20 season, but know only three points count tonight after SuperSport United won on Friday.

Matsatsantsa moved three points clear of Chiefs, who now need to do their bit to keep pace in the CAFCL race.

Meanwhile, Gallants are fighting tooth and nail to survive relegation and have picked up eight points in their last four matches, turning on the heat in the relegation battle.

They win over Royal AM in midweek has seen them close the gap to the non-relegation spots to just three points, while they sit just two behind the playoff spot, with Dylan Kerr once again proving his mastery around relegation-threatened sides.

Chiefs have only picked up one win in their last four games with Gallants, with the first leg ending in a 1-1 draw.
