CAF Release Dates For CAFCL & CAFCC

CAF have confirmed the key dates for next season’s CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup.

In a statement released on Friday, the CAF Interclub Competitions Organising Committee released key information ‘pertaining to the registration of clubs, competition dates, player registrations and engagement conditions for Member Associations.’

South Africa is among twelve countries alongside Algeria, Angola, DR Congo, Egypt, Guinea, Libya, Morocco, Nigeria, Sudan, Tanzania and Tunisia, who will be allowed to enter two teams in each competition.

Mamelodi Sundowns and Cape Town City, on debut, will compete in the CAFCL, while Royal AM and Marumo Gallants will be involved in the CAFCC.
