Bayhill Cup Last 16 Confirmed

The Bayhill Premier Cup completed the group stages on Saturday morning, as 16 teams, including Mamelodi Sundowns, SuperSport United, Cape Town City and Stellenbosch FC, booked their places in the main competition’s knockout stages.

Going into the final round of group games, five teams had a 100% win record, namely: Stellenbosch, Highlands Park, Rygersdal, Clover FC and Bayhill United.

Defending champions Cape Town Spurs, Cape Town City, Mamelodi Sundowns, SuperSport United, SAFA CT Academy, Queens Park had all won a game and drawn a game.

And there were no real surprises in the final round as the 16 teams progressed to the knockout stages.
