AmaZulu recently offloaded 15 players as their chairman Sandile Zungu vowed they would bring in quality players to take the club forward.

The Durban outfit has already confirmed the signings of six players, including Gabadinho Mhango from Orlando Pirates and Dumisani Zuma, whom Kaizer Chiefs offloaded.

Augustine Kwem, Veluyeke Zulu, Riaan Hanamub and Thendo Mukumela also joined the club.

Usuthu have completed the signing of their seventh player – a highly rated Zambian international.

FARPost can confirm that Zambian midfielder Larry ‘Rally’ Bwalya has joined AmaZulu from Tanzania giants Simba SC. The Tanzanian club on Friday announced they had sold the 27-year-old.

Bwalya is a midfielder who can also play out wide and has previously been on the books of Zanaco FC and Power Dynamos in his native Zambia.

He is set to play his final match for Simba on Sunday as they take on Kinondoni Municipal Council at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium.

The Chipolopolo star joined Simba in August 2020 from Power Dynamos on a three-year contract. He had one-year remaining on his Simba contract before signing what is thought to be a two-year deal with the DStv Premiership side.

Bwalya helped Simba to three titles: the Tanzania Mainland Premier League, Azam Sports Confederation Cup, Revolutionary Cup and community shield. He also helped the Dar es Salaam giants reach the 2020/21 Caf Champions League quarter-finals and the Caf Confederation Cup in the 2021/22 season.
