Kelly Khumalo’s lawyer seeks more info on 2nd docket

Kelly Khumalo’s lawyer Magdalene Moonsamy says she will write to the NPA to get more information on the second docket discussed in court on Wednesday.

She says she is not aware of the contents of the document.

The docket calls for those who were present at the house during the killing of football star Senzo Meyiwa to be charged.

The director of Prosecution had decided that the following people be charged:

1.Longwe Twala

2.Kelly Khumalo

3.Gladness Khumalo

4.Zandile Khumalo

5.Tumelo Madlala

6.Mthokozi Twala

7.Maggie Phiri

On 2 counts  for Murder and Defeating the end of Justice

“I’ve not seen the document but Defense One to Four sent me a submission he had made… the content of the document is not known to me or my client,” Moonsamy said

“We have never been approached by the state or police on 375, we have been complaint on 636, but 375 has not been part of our cooperation our knowledge.
