Popular female singer EXPOSED for allegedly sleeping with a Minister

Solly Molepo is in hot water again! The veteran singer allegedly insulted a female artist in an artists’ Whatsapp group recently.

The victim who asked not be named said: “He called me a pr0stitute. He accused me of sleeping with a government minister.

“I demanded that he give me the name of the minister, but he wouldn’t name him. I am offended and feel abused by Solly.”

She has opened a case against Solly.

“I opened the case because I felt unsafe as he was bullying me. He violated my dignity and embarrassed me in front of my colleagues,” she said.

“I am worried my colleagues might not look at me the same way again. I want him to cleanse my name. He must retract his statement and apologize in public.”

She said she knows Solly but they aren’t friends.

“From time to time, we’d meet and talk but our conversations were never serious.

“I thought we were fine but I was shocked when he randomly picked on me and insulted me,” she said.

Solly confirmed that he used the word “prostitute” but it was not directed at anyone.

“I said some people have turned into prostitutes to get government tenders. But that was not directed to her. I guess she felt guilty because she knows what she did.

Solly said while it wasn’t an insult he was also speaking the truth.

“We used to be very close and she told me she was dating a minister. She also told me that it was about getting government tenders and nothing else,” he said.

“Our friendship turned sour when she borrowed money from me and she refused to pay it back.”

Last year, Solly faced similar accusations from a fellow colleague, Nozi Nguse.

Nozi opened a case and Solly apologized. Gauteng police spokeswoman Dimakatso Sello confirmed a case has been opened. “A case of crimen injuria has been opened for further investigation,” she said.
