South Africa-Based Church Leader Prophet Lincoln Bashed By The Police After Stealing A Car In Zimbabwe
South Africa-based cleric Prophet Lincoln recently got a thorough beating from the police after stealing a car in Zimbabwe.
Prophet Lincoln is prominent with his followers online for allegedly foreseeing other countries’ future events.
Prophet Lincoln Bashed After Stealing A Car In Zim
The clergyman has been in Zimbabwe and recently, he connived with two men to steal a car in Kuwadzana. The trio successfully took away the car and parked it at a house belonging to one of them.
However, it never occurred to them that the car had a tracker. The owner, working with the Zimbabwe Republic Police and the tracking company, trailed the vehicle to the thieves’ house.
The police rounded up the Prophet and his accomplices and made them lie on the ground. They thoroughly thrashed them with a tree branch as they haplessly tried to explain. Authorities caught them trying to break the car and extract parts.
The ZRP confirmed the incident:
“ZRP reports that lnnocent Chigwaza (40), Johannes Matema (28) and Lincoln Tichaona Fero (29) were arrested in connection with a case of theft of a motor vehicle which occurred in Kuwadzana 3 on 23/01/24 in which a Nissan Atlas motor vehicle was stolen. The stolen motor vehicle was tracked and recovered at the suspect’s place of residence.”
What amused people was the Pastor Needs A Wife reality star once appeared on the show explaining how he does not rely on the church for his livelihood. He declared:
“My means of survival are outside the Ministry. My ministry is sustained from my own pocket. So, opting to be a fake pastor, I don’t have a reason for that.”
