On Saturday, reports emerged that Shozi was found months after his disappearance; his family hasn’t been seen since October 2021, but it was then disputed by Shozi’s brother in an interview he did on Ukhozi FM.

Simphiwe shozi also stated that none of the teams he played for, including Sundowns and TS Galaxy, have ever reported any possible mental illness from Khayelihle Shozi.
