In 2021/22 DStv Premiership, the Kaizer Chiefs revealed six new signatures and the remembrance of Given Thibedi from Swallows.
The FIFA transfer ban on two windows, which officially ends on 1 July, has finally certified Amakhosi’s first signatures.
The Club confirmed and registered Brandon Peterson, Sifiso Hlanti, Phathutshedzo Nange, Njabulo Ngcobo, Sibusiso Mabiliso and Kgaogelo Sekgota, whilst Thibedi seems to be part of the first team.
“We want to welcome Kaizer Chiefs to all of our new players,” said Football Manager Bobby Motaung.
“We surely hope our supporters are glad with our new recruits, because some of them have asked us to sign them. We hope that they will have a wonderful time and enable millions of our supporters to be happy by enabling the team to achieve well and to win trophies.
“We followed the players closely and observed them doing well last season. We hope that when they come to us, they bring this good form and discipline. All eight new hires will offer further quality and expertise to the team that we have built up.”
Currently, the CAF Champions League finals vs Al Ahly planned for 17 July are not yet available for the new players as they fall within the 2020/21 season.
