In 2017 Dawn Thandeka King divorced her ex-husband Jabulani Musomi leaving her a bit lonely as she looked for a new lover. Years later, Dawn announced that she had found love again with Mlungisi Duncan. Mlungisi has brought a fresh glow into Dawn’s life since the couple had been together.

Mlungisi is indeed providing more than a lover to Dawn but also a father figure that had been missing to her kids. He is being available to them when Thandeka is not available with work. Acting is a carer that is so demanding, and Dawn couldn’t do it without being available for the kids at the same time.

Now, as loving and caring as he is, Mlungisi took Dawn’s three kids to the DiepCity set, where they met their mother and most of her workmates. Indeed, Dawn has the support system she needs to shine on DiepCity.

Dawn’s family did what many could not imagine; the visit brought joy and renewed motivation to Dawn and the whole cast. The smiles on Dawn’s children’s faces showed how intimate a moment they shared with the likes of Ringo ‘Obed Baloyi’ and Bonga ‘Hamilton Dlamini’.

Judging by an emotional message Dawn shared on her Instagram, it is clear to see that she needed this support from her family. The fine actress said there is no greater joy than the joy you get from receiving love and support from your family.
