Cops launch search operation for a missing 3-year-old boy

The Police in Ritavi outside Tzaneen under Mopani District have launched a search operation for a 3-year-old boy, Nkoka Mhlarhi of Khujwana Ntwanano next to Shikhati primary school.

According to police spokesperson Mienkie Ramakgoakgoa the young boy was reportedly last seen today, 05 March 2022 at about 08:20 in the morning.

She further said according to the boy’s grandmother, the child was playing with his elder brother aged 07 in the house when he mysteriously disappeared.

Immediately after the family realized that the child was missing, they started to search for him but couldn’t find him and that’s when they notified the police. When he disappeared, he was wearing a purple vest, red shorts and black Nike sandals. A search was conducted at his relatives and neighbours without success,” she said.

Ramakgoakgoa also said that anyone with information that can assist may contact Ritavi Police Station on 0798906460, Crime Stop number 08600101111or the nearest police station or MySAPSApp.

The Police investigations are still continuing.
