Golden Arrows boost squad with striker from AmaZulu

Golden Arrows have reinforced their squad by acquiring the signature of Junior Dion who was previously with AmaZulu.

Dion first joined Usuthu on loan from Marumo Gallants in 2023 before making the move permanent a year later.

However, despite what appeared to be a promising career, AmaZulu released him at the end of last season.

Dion had scored 14 goals in 47 official matches for AmaZulu, and Arrows saw the chance to pounce on him.

Abafana Bes’thende unveiled Dion as their first and newest signing for the new campaign on Friday morning.

Dion can be seen as a direct replacement for Knox Mutizwa who was released from his contract in May by Arrows.
