Vision Tactical, along with other emergency services, quickly arrived at the scene to provide assistance.

Yaseen Theba, spokesperson for Vision Tactical, explained that the taxi was travelling down Jan Smuts Avenue, crossing over Bolton Road, when the driver lost control and the vehicle overturned. The trapped woman was freed thanks to the use of the jaws of life.

Fortunately, the road has since been reopened to traffic. Accidents like these serve as a reminder of the importance of road safety and the need for drivers to exercise caution and adhere to traffic regulations.
