Finance Minister, Enoch Godongwana says they are working on an approach to deal with the Eskom situation.
The Minister says too much time has been focused on trying to fix the power utility instead of generating electricity for the grid.
Meanwhile, Godongwana says inflation and the rising cost of living in the country is mostly due to the Ukraine War.
He says the country is dealing with conditions that is not of our making.
Godongwana was speaking at the Black Industrialist Conference on Wednesday.
