Video: Londie London’s awful music performance that divided Mzansi

Londie London recently performed for a small audience, including her Real Housewives of Durban cast members and crew. She sang her heart out, but Mzansi had very mixed reactions to her singing. A lot of people say her singing of the song was poorly executed. Some music requires a good voice and proper vocal training, and some people loved her performance.

Whenever she was performing, she looked calm and relaxed. She looked like she was enjoying what she was doing. We all know she was a musician at some point, but her music career didn’t go too far. She was under the record label Ambitiouz Entertainment alongside Sjava, Emtee and many more.

Mzansi reacts

Some of her followers enjoyed the performance and said she was downplaying her talent. In other fans’ opinion, Londie should be harnessing her talent and producing hit songs.  She was urged to do something about her fantastic voice. Most of those people are her fans on Real Housewives of Durban. Jojo Robinson said her voice makes her happy.

Some people didn’t feel the performance at all. They all questioned why she was singing in the first place, knowing very well that she couldn’t sing. Those people urged her to stay away from the microphone and perform altogether.

Londie London defends her performance.

After getting many internet trolls, Londie defended her performance. She addressed the nation and said she enjoyed performing. She will sing when she likes and people should stop being bitter.

Singing career

As we know, Londie broke into the entertainment industry as an Instagram model. She modelled for fashion and lifestyle brands, as she is still doing now. She was only asked to appear in a music video when she proved she could sing. Her former record label gave her a deal, and the rest was history.

Can she return to the world of singing?

She still has a keen interest in the music industry. We know this as she posts her stories playing her songs at times. She also took the liberty to sing for a room full of people. Although she looks comfortable as a wealthy housewife but dreams are forever.
