“Bonang Lite” has been a title Lerato Kganyago tried to run away from but that has been stuck with her throughout her entire career. Musa Khawula is not the only person to diss Lerato Kganyago by saying she tries so hard to be Bonang Matheba. An old clip of the late Kuli Roberts throwing major shade at Lerato has gone viral.
What caught the attention of tweeps was the way Boity Thulo defended Lerato in her absence. The Ba Kae hitmaker’s facial expressions and body language spoke volumes and you can tell she was not impressed with the way Kuli was disrespecting Lerato.
At a dinner table attended by the likes of Bonang, Minnie Dlamini, Somizi, Tall As* Mo and a few others, Kuli degraded Lerato and said she is glad she did not attend.
Boity asked her what she means by that, and Kuli responded by saying there would have been tension if she would attend. Boity cussed at Kuli and asked her “What the F does that even mean?” It’s so weird man – it’s not even necessary. It’s so out of line.”
The rest of the attendees laughed while Boity was heated up defending Lerato from the bullies.
She then took another jab and said Lerato tries so hard to be Bonang, “You know Lerato sounds like Bonang when she presents.”
An emotional Lerato Kganyago took to Instagram Live to vent out her frustrations. In the live, she even thanked Boity Thulo for defending her and said she respects her for that.
The radio DJ exposed Musa Khawula and his past alleged crimes and even claimed he is the reason she miscarried.
“You going to believe a druggie and a PIG like him? Tell him what he has done to me over the years. Bloody fool made me loose my child. I am NOT DONE!” responded Lerato to a tweep.
Lerato even made several discoveries and even pulled out his police records of all the alleged felonies he committed.
