In a report published by The Times, Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder George Maluleka is assessing his options at the club and could go on a loan during the January transfer window.

Phakaaathi is aware that Maluleka is dissatisfied with his current situation at the club, having spent the majority of his first season on the bench and having made no appearances in the DStv Premiership this season, with only two appearances in the Caf Champions League to his credit so far.



A source explained that Sundowns operate on a “open-door policy,” which means that if a player is dissatisfied, he can always approach the coaches and ask if they can allow him to go out on loan to gain more game time. “At this rate, Maluleka is on his way out on loan,” the source explained.
