Couple caught having sexual intimacy in front of passengers
A passenger drew the short straw when the couple he was sitting next to on a local flight started to conduct intimate acts openly.

On Monday, 17 April, he was on a flight from Johannesburg to Durban. He was in the aisle seat when a woman passenger sitting next to him reached over to touch her partner’s privet part.

Slight chance of SNOWFALL expected in these parts of SA
A slight chance of SNOWFALL is expected in several parts of South Africa this coming weekend.
According to Lesotho Meteorological Services, there is a slight possibility of snowfall expected on Saturday.

It is worth noting that this is an early prediction, and weather conditions could change.
“Partly cloudy and cool to cold in the lowlands but cold in the highlands. There is a 30% chance of isolated rain showers. There is also a slight possibility of snowfall.”

LOOK: Consumer Inflation rises for second consecutive month
Consumer inflation in South Africa increased for the second consecutive month in March, with food prices being the main contributor to the increase, according to data released by Statistics South Africa (Stats SA) on Wednesday, 19 April.
Headline consumer inflation increased to 7.1% in March from 7.0% in February and 6.9% in January. The rise in inflation was driven by food and non-alcoholic beverages and transport costs.

Four pedestrians narrowly escaped death when the driver of a stolen vehicle lost control in Cradock in the Eastern Cape and sped down Metcalf Street.
According to a report by the Knysna-Plett Herald, the Mercedes Benz ML 2017 model was stolen in George on Sunday morning.

More than 100 000 learners dropped out of schools in Gauteng
Gauteng’s Basic Education Department has confirmed that over 100 000 learners are no longer on its system.

The department says this cannot be entirely attributed to school dropouts as there could be more factors into the issue.
This followed a call by the Democratic Alliance (DA) in the province for the department to probe what happened to these learners.

A cold front is expected to make landfall on Thursday, 20 April, according to Angelo Ricardo G Hoorn of the Severe Weather and Information Centre SA.
