FREEZING temperatures and SNOW expected in these parts of SA

Brace yourself! FREEZING temperatures and more SNOW are expected in these parts of South Africa.

According to Vox Weather, forecaster Annette Botha the freezing levels are expected to drop significantly from Thursday into Friday.

This is as two fronts and an upper-level trough are expected to bring RAIN, SNOW, and a SIGNIFICANT DROP IN TEMPERATURE across the Cape Provinces.

Farmer attacked and left seriously injured in KZN

nother farmer became a victim of the ugly scourge of farm attacks in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN).

The farmer was attacked in the wee hours of Tuesday morning, 16 May in Wartburg, a small town located 27km north-east of Pietermaritzburg in KZN.

Fortunately, Midlands EMS were right on time to treat the injured patient after the ordeal.

“Midlands EMS paramedics were dispatched just after 1am for a Farm attack.”

A shocking videos has emerged showing that an Eastern Cape hospital, more specifically the paediatric unit, is INFESTED with RATS. 

According to a report by The Daily Maverick, the doctors and nurses have raised their concerns over a rat infestation in the paediatric unit of Dora Nginza Hospital in Gqeberha.

Songstress, Zandie Khumalo has hit back at actor, Sello Maake kaNcube calling him a sick and old scumbag after he expressed his opinion in the ongoing murder trial of Senzo Meyiwa. 

Maake kaNcube had weighed in on the ongoing murder trial of former Orlando Pirates goalkeeper, Senzo Meyiwa. 

In his tweet, the actor said what is happening in the Meyiwa murder trial is heartbreaking as he has also lost a child.

Phoenix woman wakes up from mortuary after being declared dead

Constantia Junior Govender, an elderly woman from Phoenix in KwaZulu-Natal, has claimed that she woke up after being declared dead at the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Hospital. 

The 52-year-old woman told Phoenix Tabloid that she didn’t remember how she ended up at Mahatma Gandhi Hospital.

Govender said she was on her way to a friend’s house when she blacked out on the road and woke up at the Phoenix mortuary “feeling cold, naked and covered with a sheet from a corpse bed”.

Dagga traffickers are using a new means to smuggle narcotics into South Africa, the police announced on Tuesday, 16 May. A suspect was arrested at the Mahamba Port of Entry.

South African Police Service (SAPS) spokesperson Colonel Donald Mdhluli said the police in Mpumalanga have strengthened security measures surrounding dagga trafficking from neighbouring countries.
