Award-winning actress Thuso Mbedu has warmed hearts after reflecting on her long-standing friendship with fellow actress Natasha Thahane.

Taking to social media, Mbedu shared a series of throwback and recent photos capturing their journey over the years, giving fans a glimpse into a bond that has stood the test of time in an ever-changing industry.

In her caption, she recalled how their friendship began during auditions for the popular series Saints and Sinners.

“From meeting at the ‘Saints and Sinners’ auditions to celebrating milestones🥰 Those in the industry know that we’re constantly making new friends when in new productions but life and time inevitably always cause a drift,” she wrote.

Mbedu went on to celebrate how, despite the demands of their careers and the passage of time, their connection has remained intact more than a decade later.

“This is us 12 years later 🫶🏾 Thank you for always showing up and showing love @natasha_thahane Love you long time ❤️,” she added.

The touching tribute did not go unnoticed, as Thahane responded in the comments with an equally heartfelt message, expressing pride and affection for her longtime friend.

“Ngikuthanda ngo thando lwaka love ❤️🥺 I am proud of you. Alway,” she replied.

The exchange quickly resonated with fans, many of whom praised the duo for maintaining a genuine friendship in an industry often marked by fleeting connections.
