The Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) says the African National Congress (ANC) has failed to govern the country.
It says the current electricity crisis should be reason to remove the party from power in the next elections.
IFP leader Velenkosini Hlabisa was speaking at the Siyabonga rally in Eshowe, KwaZulu-Natal.
