Sundowns Ladies reveal their goals for the upcoming season

Andile Dlamini and Bambanani Mbane of Sundowns Ladies revealed their goals for the upcoming season in the Hollywoodbets Super league.

Sundowns dominated the last season in the Hollywoodbets Super League with amazing performances accompanied with great form across the pitch.

Their dominance saw them finish the season with 82 points, leaving a massive gap between themselves and second place, University of the Western Cape.

Even though Sundowns’ dominace was supreme in the league, when it came to the CAF Women’s Champions league, they fell short.

The Tshwane side could not defend their title in CAF, as they lost 4-0 in the finals to the Moroccan side, ASFAR.

With the new season starting soon, Dlamini and Mbane are looking to pick up where they left off in the league and correct their wrongs in CAF.

DLAMINI REVEALS HER GOALS

“Andile’s goals for this season based on the team, firstly win everything that we have lost last year, the CAF Champions League.”
“Also be consistent in the Hollywoodbets, make sure that we lift the trophy again,” Dlamini told the Sundowns media.

MBANE REVEALS HER GOALS

“I want to bring back the two trophies that we lost, it is not going to be easy.”
“But I am going to work very hard because I know that Mamelodi Sundowns family is always watching and expect us to win,” Mbane told the Sundowns media.

HOW SUNDOWNS LADIES ARE PREPARING FOR NEW SEASON

According to Sundowns, the players went through a sport science retreat in Pretoria. The cause of the retreat was to check the fitness and preparedness of the players and see how it can be improved.

Besides the sport science retreat they had in Pretoria, the ladies were given a program to use during off-season. To keep their fitness levels on point while on holiday.
