Wayde Lekay has officially parted ways with TS Galaxy after his contract expired and asked for it not to be renewed as he would love to get a new challenge somewhere else.

Lekay joined Galaxy in 2020 after parting ways with Cape Town-based side Steenberg United.

He has made more than 40 appearances with Siyadumuza in all competitions scoring seven goals. The 25-year-old has recently trained with Kaizer Chiefs as he was being assessed by Amakhosi but nothing was said since then.

Today Galaxy announced that they’ve parted ways with him, while they also confirmed that Lekay is still training with Chiefs.
