Springbok fans can soon buy Springboks Nations Championship tickets for three blockbuster home Tests in July 2026. SA Rugby announced the sale details on Thursday, with tickets starting from as little as R250.

The world champions face England, Scotland and Wales in consecutive weekends at iconic venues. Tickets become available next Thursday, 2 April at 10am through Ticketmaster only.

Affordable Springboks Nations Championship Tickets Released

The Springboks host England on Saturday 4 July at Ellis Park in Johannesburg, with tickets from R450. A week later, they welcome Scotland to Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria from R375.

The series ends on Saturday 18 July when Wales visit Kings Park in Durban, where fans can buy tickets from only R250. All sales run exclusively through Ticketmaster.

This marks England’s first Test in South Africa since 2018, Scotland’s first visit in 12 years and Wales’ return since 2022.

New Tournament Format Excites Springbok Coach

The Nations Championship features a new cross-hemisphere format. The Springboks play their remaining matches in Europe in November against Ireland, Italy and France before a finals weekend decides the champion.

Springbok coach Rassie Erasmus welcomed the challenge. “This is an exciting new competition, and after witnessing the competitiveness of the Six Nations… we have no doubt it’s going to be a thrilling new challenge for the Boks,” he said.

Erasmus also praised the visiting teams’ recent form in the Six Nations, noting England’s grit, Scotland’s strong third-place finish and Wales’ improved style of play.

Tickets Already Available for Barbarians Opener

Fans do not need to wait for the main series. Tickets for the Springboks’ season opener against the Barbarians on Saturday 20 June in Gqeberha are already on sale from R250 per person.

SA Rugby urges supporters to purchase only through official channels to avoid scams.
