Sizwe Dhlomo, a prominent media personality, shared some brotherly advice with Lasizwe after confirming that his swanky townhouse in Bryanston is listed on Property24 for R3.8 million.

Based on the images posted on Property24, Lasizwe’s townhouse exudes subtle glamour and elegance. It boasts a study, private garden, 3 bedrooms among other features.

While Lasizwe had hoped to keep the news private, he ended up confirming that his townhouse is up for sale, stating, “[I] was hoping this wouldn’t make it online… but here we are.”

Sizwe Dhlomo, known for sharing valuable advice with fellow celebrities such as Emtee and K.O, had only kind words for Lasizwe, he wrote “This is nothing to be ashamed of. Life is about peaks & troughs. If anything, you’re smart for knowing when to adjust before life forces you to. All the best!”

Lasizwe appreciated the warm words and responded, “Dinangwe [Sizwe’s clan name], Bafo [brother]. Ngiyabonga [Thank you] for the kind and supportive words. I appreciate it, brother.”

The 28-year-old content creator didn’t disclose the reasons behind the sale, but his response suggested it wasn’t an easy decision to make.

Speaking to celebrity blog Maphephandaba on Instagram, he said:

“Yes, the house is on the market. A lot has changed this year, both personally and professionally. Some decisions were easy. Others weren’t. The house is one of those decisions.”

“I know people are going to have their own theories about why I’m selling, and honestly, I’m okay with that. I’m just not ready to speak about everything yet. All I can say is… life always has a plan.”

LASIZWE IS NOT NEW TO DOWNSIZING

In 2024 Lasizwe was compelled to sell his fancy Range Rover citing some financial issues. He wrote “Goodbye, Sthandwa Sam’! You have been such an absolute pleasure to drive in, cry in, celebrate in, and feel safe in! Thank you for the beautiful memories and thank you for reminding me that I can and I am able.”
