Sizwe Dhlomo takes radio home with luxury custom-built studio

Kaya 959 breakfast host Sizwe Dhlomo is upgrading his work life, bringing a full-scale professional radio studio right into his home.

The media personality recently revealed that he’s in the process of setting up a custom-built space that will allow him to host parts of his popular show remotely.

Giving fans a glimpse of the progress, Sizwe shared images of a sleek radio desk designed by Fusion Broadcast.

“My home studio internal frame. We’re building the entire thing at the warehouse, then we’ll go install it on site once complete,” he wrote.

According to Sizwe, the home set-up will match the quality of the one at Kaya 959.

“It’s exactly the same as the Kaya one. Built by the same people,” he said, adding with pride, “The studio I’m building is bigger than most stations’ Studio A.”
