It has been revealed that acclaimed actresses will be joining Etv Scandal! to keep Mzansi entertained throughout the last season.

Among the beloved actresses is Jo-Anne Reyneke, who will be playing Buyi Mlotshwa who is also known as Keyes. Buyi is known to be a formidable talent scout and media maven, she is also renowned for transforming unknowns into stars through her agency, Bheka Mina Media. She is glamorous, ambitious, and fiercely strategic. Buyi also knows how to mix business with pleasure and she’s equally admired and feared in the high-stakes world of fame and fortune.

Sonia will take on a role of Mamsie, a poetic whirlwind whose dazzling charm masks a master manipulator. Dressed in faded luxury and dripping with 90s glamour, Mamsie captivates with metaphors, misdirection, and a flair for drama. Beneath her vintage allure lies a woman who always leaves with more than she came for – trouble wrapped in mystery.

Camilla Waldman has made her appearance on the show as Tiro More (played by Lebohang Msiza)’s attorney. She plays the character of Nina Bishop, who is a top-tier defence attorney whose calm, cutting precision dominates the courtroom. Known for her ruthless tactics and unflinching determination, Nina uses the law as her weapon, fearless in her pursuit of victory, no matter the cost.

Head Writer and Creative Producer of Scandal! Grace Mahlaba said: “We are stepping into an exciting new storyline for Scandal! Bringing in Camilla, Jo-Anne, and Sonia allows us to tell stories that are richer, more layered, and reflective of the complex world our viewers live in. Each of these women embody strength and vulnerability in different ways, and audiences are going to be blown away by what’s coming.

“Their arrival is not just about new faces—it’s about expanding the emotional and dramatic universe of Scandal! We’re exploring ambition, reinvention, and power, three words that perfectly describe these actresses and the characters they’ll bring to life,” said Grace.
