Her illustrious career, which spans years, has managed to thrust her into the limelight. The South Africana celebrated musician has managed to grace several prestigious events in Mzansi and beyond.

Besides being a musician, she also doubled as a  judge on The Voice South Africa. She went down in the history books when she became the first-ever South African to have her barbie doll. However, a few years ago, the bubbly musician revealed that she had called it quits with her husband of almost a decade. Lira was married to renowned producer Robin Kohl. The couple were also business partners when they first met in 2004. The two tied the knot in 2009 after dating for at least five years. They pulled up a lavish wedding in Mauritius that was reportedly by immediate family members.

Divorce 

Back then in 2019, Lira took it to Instagram to reveal that he had parted ways with her husband. Their fallout came as a shocker since the two served couple goals. The two called it quits barely a few months before their decade anniversary.

Children

The two had no children this comes after they decided not to have any. According to Lira, the two agreed not to have kids because they wanted to enjoy their lives and their busy schedules were one of the reasons that contributed to their decision.
