Pogba’s home burgled during Man Utd UCL clash | Breaking News

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has revealed that his home was burgled during the Red Devils’ Uefa Champions League encounter against Atletico Madrid on Tuesday night.

The 29-year-old footballer came on as a substitute in the 67th minute of their 1-0 loss to Spanish side.

The defeat saw United bow out of the Champions League last 16.

“our family’s worst nightmare was realised when our home was broken into, while our babies were sleeping in their bedroom,” said the Frenchman in a statement.

Pogba has since offered a reward to “anyone who has a clue to help them”.

The former Juventus player’s contract with the club runs out at the end of the season.

“My wife and I rushed home not knowing if our children were safe and unharmed,” he added.

“As a father there is no feeling worse in this world than not being able to protect your children and I sincerely hope that no-one ever has to feel what I felt last night.”
