Pitso Mosimane is back in South Africa and was spotted the South African Football Association Technical Centre, where he shared some words of encouragement with the SA U23 side.

A day after he was named Coach of the Month of February in the Yelo league, the Saudi Arabian First Division, Mosimane has returned to Mzansi during the FIFA international break.

His club, Al Ahli Saudi are only returning to the pitch on 4 April, when they will continue their promotion push to the Saudi Pro League – and this website understands he will jet back to the Gulf this weekend.

Mosimane has used his return to home soil to visit David Notoane’s U23 side ahead of their crunch Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Congo Brazzaville.

“Today I had the privilege to address the South Africa U23 men’s team,” Mosimane stated on social media after his visit.

“It was such an honor to talk to the boys who will be playing their CAF U23 Olympic qualifiers first leg tomorrow.

“I told the boys to focus on their football careers and to nurture their talent with hard work and dedication.

“All the best to the boys and the technical team, make us proud!”
