Photoshopped picture of a 9-year-old Connie Ferguson goes viral

If you know social media, then you will understand how the users like to mess around! A picture of a nine-year-old girl is making rounds on social media and users are starting to believe it is the legendary actress Connie Ferguson at her tender age.

The image in question is alleged to be coming from The Queen actress’ gallery. It shows a light-colored girl with features similar to that of Mzansi’s favourite actress Connie.

The picture has gone viral on the microblogging site Twitter where many believe it indeed is Connie when she was a little girl. Some are, however, in disbelief despite the striking similarities the little girl in the picture has with the popular actress. A look into the viral image also shows that it could have been manipulated through photoshop applications that change people’s appearances based on age.

An unconfirmed old picture of The Queen actress could be what Mzansi needed at this point to understand that the star’s beauty did really come out at her early age. She has often times been accused of keeping the secret of anti-ageing serums to herself. But if her recent picture as a child is anything to go by, Mzansi’s favourite actress’ beauty makes her age fine like wine. The actor who doesn’t look her age is turning 52 years on the 10th of June this year.

She and her late husband Shona were blessed with a beautiful daughter Ali who just turned twenty on Tuesday.

Connie penned a heartfelt message for her on her picture-sharing page.

Well-known drama series Muvhango’s favourite villains, KK and Mulalo, have allegedly been booted off the show.
