As the ANC in Gauteng is gearing up for its elective conference this weekend, its deputy provincial chairperson, Panyaza Lesufi, says the party is ready.
He says it’s about repositioning the party in the province, and not about elections. We are ready for the conference. We have brought the conference earlier for proper political discussions, so it is not a conference about elections,” Lesufi said.
“It’s a conference about repositioning this province and also dealing with politics that we are presented with at this present juncture.
