‘Our Hearts Are Broken’: Grieving Parents Bid Farewell to 10-Year-Old Son After Brave ICU Battle

Popular DJ Sox is mourning the tragic passing of his son Busa.

The family has been left devastated following the death of their ten-year-old son, Busa, who lost his life on Sunday after a courageous two-month battle with severe pneumonia.

The young boy spent his final weeks on life support in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), fighting bravely against the illness.

In a profoundly moving tribute shared by his heartbroken father, Busa was remembered as a remarkably strong child who fought an uphill battle until the very end.

“No parent can ever be ready for the pain of losing a child so young,” his father wrote. “I miss you more than words can explain, and it hurts knowing I won’t get to hold you again.”

Despite the immense grief of laying their child to rest, the family expressed a deep, enduring faith. “Even through this heartbreak, I trust God and His will, though I may not understand it. I believe you are resting safely in His loving arms and that you will be one of His beautiful angels.”

The family also extended their deepest gratitude to the medical team and their community. They thanked the doctors and nurses who dedicated two months to caring for Busa, as well as the friends whose love, prayers, and kindness helped carry them through their darkest hour.

As they prepare for the final farewell, his father shared a lasting promise to the son taken too soon: “I love you, my boy. I’m going to miss you every day, and I will carry you in my heart for the rest of my life.”
