Former Kaizer Chiefs striker Lazalous Kambole has secured a move to East African giants Young Africans Sports Club.

Kambole, 28, was among 10 players discarded end an end-of-season clearout by Amakhosi last month but it hasn’t taken long for him to find a new home.

Despite the dismal return of two goals in 46 games across all competitions during his three-year stay Yanga has been long-term admirers of his talents.

The newly crowned Tanzania league champions attempted to secure him from Chiefs over the last two transfer windows but failed to agree personal terms with the Zambia international.

However, with the player available on a free transfer, they managed to bump up his package and tie him down to a two-year contract.

Kambole will now return to CAF Champions League actions where he holds a credible record of 11 goals in 35 games and was part of the famous ZESCO side that reached the last four of the competition back in 2016.
