Nomonde’s fake pregnancy luck is running out whilst dangerous Lindiwe wants her diamond back

Nkanyiso is kidnapped and punished by Lindiwe and Zolani after they learn that he is connected to the case of the missing diamond because they want to learn as much as they can from him. They burn him with acid and almost grind his face. When asked where his uncle is, Nkanyiso admits that he stole the diamond with him earlier, but he is unsure of his current location. Because he is a coward and has no other knowledge, Lindiwe contends that they should release him.

Indignant over this choice, Zolani tells his gangster aunt that she has turned soft. Zolani wanted to kill him. Because they didn’t kill Nkanyiso, Zolani believes his aunt doesn’t care about diamonds anymore. However, Lindiwe is confident Bukhosi will find the diamond for them and is quick to remind her niece that she is in charge and that he should stop bothering her.

When Lindiwe calls Bukhosi Hlophe, the father of Nkanyiso, he is shocked to hear that she has stopped torturing his useless child. Although he owns shares in the mine, Lindiwe informs him that they are now worthless because the diamond that his son and brother stole is more valuable than the money he invested at Khanyisa Diamonds. After being freed, Nkanyiso says they should go attack Lindiwe for torturing him. His father tells him that he deserved everything that happened and that they should have killed him instead because he has caused too much financial hardship for the family.

Nkanyiso’s ignorance of his uncle’s location and the diamond has incensed Bukhosi, who chases him out of the house and disowns him. He threatens to kill him if he stays in his house. Will Nkanyiso inform his father and Lindiwe that the man who fled with the diamond is back as his uncle Ntuthuko returns to town and meets up with him at a covert location?
