Stellenbosch FC were the last team to book their ticket after beating SuperSport United in the last quarter-final in extra-time on Sunday evening at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium.
Earlier, Kaizer Chiefs knocked out Cape Town City at a packed Athlone Stadium thanks to a later winner by Edson Castillo.
On Saturday, Orlando Pirates set a real marker by beating Sekhukhune United 5-0, with Zakhele Lepasa scoring a hat-trick.
The first team to book their semi-final spot were Mamelodi Sundowns, who defeated Moroka Swallows 1-0.
On Sunday, the semi-final fixtures were drawn, with Stellenbosch FC hosting Orlando Pirates at home in the first leg of the first semi-final.
Meanwhile, Kaizer Chiefs will host Mamelodi Sundowns at home in the first leg of the second semi-final.
Both Pirates and Chiefs have a chance at instant revenge after the Cape-Winelands side beat Pirates in their season opener at Danie Craven Stadium, while Sundowns beat Amakhosi 2-1 in midweek.
The semi-finals are scheduled for the weekend of the 2 September for the first legs and the 23 September for the second leg, with the exact dates yet to be confirmed.
