TS Galaxy defender Given Msimango is keen on joining Kaizer Chiefs.
Msimango has been linked with Kaizer Chiefs in this transfer window following a good season that he had. The 25-year-old has been instrumental in the TS Galaxy team that survived relegation in the past campaign. The former South African international under 20 still has two more years in his contract which means he won’t come cheap.
The former Highlands Park defender moved from the ‘Lions Of the north’ when they were bought over by Tim Sukazi as TS Galaxy. The club captain played a vital role this season in the colours of ‘Siyadumza’, making 19 appearances in all competitions and scoring one goal which was the crucial one that saved the team.
He made it clear that there are no offers yet that he is aware of but most definitely he would love to step up in his career and get a new challenge. Amakhosi already announced their new six signings ahead of the 2022/23 season that is set to start in August.
“Yes, the rumours are there, from my side and my representatives’ side there haven’t been any solid offers I’m aware of at the moment, but I did declare my intentions of taking a step up in my career and taking a new challenge, progressing and developing as a human being and as a player, I’m not denying anything but I haven’t received any offers yet,” Msimango told iDiski Times.
